These terms explain how QUE works, including apparel purchases, pre-orders, PhonePe payments, order confirmation, delivery, returns, refunds, and dispute resolution.

Business identity
QUE is an apparel storefront operated by NOTED CLOTHING, with registered office at 5/183 Umayanalloor, opposite ICICI Bank, Kollam, PIN: 691589, Kerala, India. References to QUE, we, us, our, Platform Owner, or the merchant mean NOTED CLOTHING operating QUE through https://que.madorithm.com, related mobile pages, and the QUE mobile application where available.
QUE may be presented with MADorithm branding in parts of the website experience. MADorithm branding does not change the merchant of record for customer purchases under these terms.

Acceptance of these terms
By accessing QUE, creating an account, adding products to your cart, placing an order, making a payment, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from the website.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform or place an order.

What QUE sells
QUE sells apparel and related fashion products. Products may be offered as normal in-stock products or as time-bound pre-order products.
Normal products are intended for standard purchase and fulfillment based on available stock. Pre-order products are offered during a limited window, usually at a discounted pre-order price, and are processed after the window closes.

QUE-orders and queue-based purchase flow
A pre-order window allows customers to join the queue for a specific product by paying the displayed pre-order price during the active window.
Pre-order delivery may take longer than normal orders because QUE collects demand during the window and then batch-processes the orders after the window closes.
A pre-order is not accepted after the relevant pre-order window expires. If a window closes while you are checking out, QUE may ask you to return to the cart or may prevent checkout.
Pre-order prices, window closing times, product availability, and delivery timelines are shown on product and checkout pages where applicable.

Accounts and authentication
Customers sign in using phone number and one-time password authentication. You are responsible for providing accurate phone, address, and order information and for keeping your device and account access secure.
QUE may restrict or suspend use of the platform if account activity appears fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.

Product information
Product pages may include names, descriptions, images, prices, sizes, colors, stock information, and optional size charts. We aim to keep this information accurate, but minor differences in color, texture, fit, or display may occur because of device screens, photography, fabric behavior, and production variations.
For products with size or color variants, the customer is responsible for selecting the intended variant before adding the item to cart.

Pricing, taxes, and charges
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Product prices, pre-order prices, applicable taxes, and shipping or handling charges, if any, are displayed before payment.
Taxes are included where applicable unless the checkout page states otherwise. The final amount shown at checkout is the amount submitted for payment through PhonePe.
QUE may correct pricing or catalog errors before accepting an order. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an error, stock issue, or operational constraint, QUE may cancel the order and process the applicable refund.

Payment flow
All orders, including pre-orders, require full upfront payment. Payment is collected through PhonePe Standard Checkout or another payment method displayed on the platform.
When you proceed to payment, you may be redirected to PhonePe or a PhonePe-hosted payment page to complete payment using supported payment modes such as UPI, cards, or net banking.
QUE does not store your card PIN, UPI PIN, net banking password, or similar payment credentials. PhonePe and your bank or payment provider process those credentials under their own terms and security controls.

Order confirmation and failed payments
An order is treated as confirmed only after QUE receives a successful payment confirmation from PhonePe through the return flow, webhook, or order status verification.
If a payment is pending, QUE may show a processing state until PhonePe confirms success or failure. If payment fails, is cancelled, or cannot be verified, the order will not be treated as a paid confirmed order and reserved stock may be released.
If a payment fails, you may retry payment where the platform offers that option or return to your cart and place the order again. QUE is not responsible for delays or failures caused by PhonePe, banks, wallets, UPI providers, or network issues outside QUE's control.

Delivery responsibilities
QUE ships to the delivery address provided at checkout. Customers must provide complete and accurate address, phone, city, state, and pincode information.
Normal orders may show an estimated delivery date. Pre-order delivery begins after the pre-order window closes and batch processing is complete. Delivery estimates are indicative and may change because of production, stock, courier, payment, address, or force majeure issues.
QUE may use domestic courier companies, postal services, or other logistics partners. Courier delays after handoff are outside QUE's direct control, but QUE will assist with reasonable order support based on available tracking and shipment information.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Customer-initiated cancellations, returns, replacements, store credit, and partial refunds are not generally available unless expressly stated in the applicable policy or required by law.
Eligible complaints are limited to verifiable issues such as damaged products, wrong product, size or color mismatch, description mismatch, size chart mismatch, or other verifiable quality issues. Complaint-based refunds require admin review and may require unpacking video evidence.

User obligations
- Use QUE only for lawful personal shopping or permitted business purposes.
- Do not provide false account, address, payment, complaint, or evidence information.
- Do not interfere with platform security, payment verification, inventory controls, or pre-order windows.
- Do not copy, scrape, misuse, or commercially exploit QUE content except as allowed by law or written permission.

Intellectual property
The QUE name, platform design, product content, images, text, graphics, layouts, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to QUE and its operators. No right, title, or interest is transferred to you except the limited right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

Third-party services
The platform may use third-party services including PhonePe, Supabase, courier partners, analytics, messaging, storage, and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QUE and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, payment failures, delivery delays, unavailable products, or third-party service disruptions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Force majeure
QUE will not be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, labor disruptions, supply issues, courier disruptions, payment network failures, internet outages, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
For any concern, complaint, payment issue, delivery issue, refund issue, or policy dispute, first contact QUE at support@que.madorithm.com with your registered phone number, order number if applicable, and a clear description of the issue. QUE will review the matter and respond through available support channels.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through customer support and internal review. If the dispute cannot be resolved through that process, these terms and any dispute or claim relating to them will be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the platform, any order, payment, refund, delivery, return, or complaint will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kollam, Kerala, India.
