This policy explains what personal information QUE collects, how it is used for apparel orders and pre-orders, and how customers can contact the grievance officer.

Business identity
QUE is operated by NOTED CLOTHING, with registered office at 5/183 Umayanalloor, opposite ICICI Bank, Kollam, PIN: 691589, Kerala, India. References to QUE, we, us, our, or the merchant mean NOTED CLOTHING operating the QUE platform at https://que.madorithm.com, related mobile pages, and the QUE mobile application where available.

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you browse QUE, create or use an account, add items to cart, join a pre-order queue, place an order, complete payment, receive delivery updates, raise a complaint, request support, or otherwise interact with the platform.
QUE primarily offers products and services in India. Your personal data is primarily stored and processed in India, subject to applicable law and the service providers used to operate the platform.

Information we collect
- Account and authentication details, such as phone number, OTP authentication status, profile details, and policy acceptance records.
- Order and checkout details, such as products, quantities, sizes, colors, cart contents, pre-order window details, shipping address, pincode, phone number, order number, and delivery status.
- Payment and refund references, such as PhonePe merchant order IDs, payment status, transaction references, refund references, and payment result information. QUE does not collect or store UPI PINs, card PINs, CVV, net banking passwords, or similar credentials.
- Complaint and support information, such as complaint reason, description, uploaded unpacking videos or images, admin comments, and support communications.
- Technical and usage information, such as device, browser, IP address, app events, logs, cookies or similar identifiers, pages viewed, product interactions, and security events.

How we use information
- To authenticate customers using phone number and OTP.
- To maintain carts, process normal orders, manage pre-order queues, calculate prices, reserve stock or variants, and generate order confirmations.
- To initiate and verify payments through PhonePe, reconcile payment status, handle failed payments, process refunds, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent payment handling.
- To ship orders, coordinate courier handoff, provide delivery updates, and support order tracking.
- To review complaints, verify evidence, approve or reject complaint-based refunds, and communicate outcomes.
- To operate, secure, debug, improve, and audit the platform, including fraud prevention and legal compliance.
- To send transactional updates through SMS, in-app notifications, push notifications, email, or other available channels.

Payment data
Payments are processed through PhonePe or other payment partners shown at checkout. QUE receives transaction references and payment status information required to confirm, fail, reconcile, or refund an order.
Do not share UPI PINs, card PINs, CVV, OTPs, net banking passwords, or wallet passwords with anyone claiming to represent QUE. QUE will never ask for such credentials.

Security
QUE uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so customers should also protect their devices, phone number, OTPs, and account access.

Retention and deletion
QUE keeps personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, refunds, complaints, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
If you request account deletion or data deletion, QUE may need to retain certain records where required for pending orders, shipments, refunds, complaints, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or legitimate business records. Data may also be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics and reporting.

Customer rights
You may request access, correction, update, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@que.madorithm.com. QUE may verify your identity before acting on a request and may decline or limit requests where retention is required by law, pending orders, disputes, fraud prevention, or legitimate business needs.

Consent and communications
By using QUE and providing information, you consent to collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing as described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent by contacting the grievance officer, but withdrawal may affect QUE's ability to provide services that require the relevant information.
Transactional communications related to OTPs, orders, payments, refunds, delivery, complaints, and security may continue where required to provide the service or comply with law.

QUE may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the Last updated date. Material changes may be notified through the platform or other available channels where required.
