Return and Shipping Policy

This policy explains QUE's restrictive return process, complaint evidence requirements, normal delivery, and longer pre-order delivery timelines.

Business identity

QUE is operated by NOTED CLOTHING, with registered office at 5/183 Umayanalloor, opposite ICICI Bank, Kollam, PIN: 691589, Kerala, India. This policy applies to orders shipped for QUE purchases made through https://que.madorithm.com, related mobile pages, and the QUE mobile application where available.

Return eligibility

QUE does not offer general returns, replacements, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, dislike of fit, or customer preference.

Returns or refund reviews are limited to verifiable issues: damaged product, wrong product, size or color mismatch against the order or listing, description mismatch, size chart mismatch, or other approved quality issue.

Condition of returned products

If QUE approves a return review, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original packaging, tags, labels, invoices, accessories, and any included materials where applicable.

QUE may reject return or refund processing if the product is used, damaged after delivery, missing packaging, missing tags, altered, or otherwise not in a condition suitable for inspection.

Complaint and return window

Return due to complaints is eligible within 7 days from delivery. The complaint must include the order number, registered phone number, reason, description where needed, and evidence requested by QUE.

For damage-related or mismatch-related complaints, an unpacking video may be required. Customers are strongly advised to record a clear video while opening the package for the first time.

Return inspection

If QUE asks for the product to be returned, refund approval remains subject to receipt and inspection of the product and verification of the complaint.

Submitting a complaint or returning a product does not automatically guarantee refund approval. QUE will communicate the decision after review.

If the complaint is verified, QUE will process the refund to the original payment method through PhonePe or the relevant payment partner within 7 days of approval. Actual credit to the customer's account may take additional time depending on PhonePe, the issuing bank, UPI provider, card network, wallet, or other payment provider.

Shipping normal orders

Normal in-stock orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies, postal services, or other logistics partners. Dispatch and delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and may vary by destination, courier capacity, holidays, weather, address accuracy, and operational constraints.

Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may change because of production, stock, courier, payment, address, or force majeure issues.

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the address, phone number, city, state, and pincode are complete and correct.

Shipping pre-orders

Pre-order products are not shipped immediately after payment. They are processed after the relevant pre-order window closes and the batch is prepared for fulfillment.

Pre-order delivery timelines may be longer than normal orders. The product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or order status updates may show estimated timelines where available.

Delivery delays and failed delivery

QUE is not responsible for courier or postal delays after handoff, but QUE will provide reasonable support using available shipment information.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable customer, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept delivery, or other customer-side issue, additional delivery charges or cancellation consequences may apply.

Shipping charges

Shipping or handling charges, if applicable, are shown before payment. Such charges may be non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by QUE or the refund is required because of a verified eligible complaint.
